Thomas R. Anderson, Colonel (Ret) US Army, is counsel with VLP Law Group LLP. Tom's practice specializes in corporate law, with an emphasis on technology and life science start-ups, venture capital investments in such companies, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to attending law school in 2007, Tom served for 22 years as a logistics officer in the U.S. Army. During his tenure in the U.S. Army, he attained the rank of Colonel, commanded a battalion of the 82nd Airborne Division in Afghanistan, and earned two Bronze Star Medals.
